In order to recover your service, your account needs to be restored.
If you have not restored your acccount, please follow the steps below.

 

Step1: Use the Account Finder to locate your account. Enter your email address and select the Submit button.
If your account is located, you will be redirected to the login page. Select the Forgot Password link and reset your password.
If your account is not located, you will be redirected to the registration page. Register your account.
If you are unable to register because your account already exists, email us at [email protected] with your account email address and full name.

PROCEED TO STEP 2

 

Step 2: Once you have access to your account, open a ticket with the following:
  • Subject: Locate My Plan
  • Message: your plan name, plan username (not your email address), and plan cost.
Our team needs this information to locate and restore your plan.
