Live Server 2 End of Life

Support Plan Users,

On February 3rd, we were informed that the content providers for Live Server 2 and Green would be going offline indefinitely. The process of finding a replacement is not a simple one. The Support Plan comes with 2 Live Servers for instances like this. While we work on finding a replacement for Live Server 2 and Green, you have 2 options for accessing content.

Option 1: Access Content on Live Server 1

• If you have never logged into Live Server 1, follow this video to switch servers and log in: https://myboxsupport.screencasthost.com/connect-servers
• If your Live Server 1 connection is not active, simply open a ticket at https://myboxsupport.com/submitticket.php, and a tech will create or extend your line.

Option 2: Access Content on the Temporary Live Server 2 Replacement

• To access the Live Server 2 temporary replacement follow this video for instructions: https://myboxsupport.screencasthost.com/ls2-backup
• If your replacement connection is not active, simply open a ticket at https://myboxsupport.com/submitticket.php, and a tech will create or extend your line.

Green Plan Users:

• Use http://s2b.tvalt.xyz for the server URL. Enter your existing username and password.

AT&T Internet Customers: Unblock Your Access

• If AT&T is your provider and you are having trouble accessing any of the services, follow this video: https://myboxsupport.screencasthost.com/att-block

These options should allow you to access the services on your devices. Please be patient. Internet-based streaming services have outages and go offline from time to time. MyBoxSupport is not a streaming service or a cable company. We offer a support plan that allows you to access online entertainment using the internet and available sources. When these sources go down, we work with other service providers to offer you a replacement entertainment source. We are working to answer all concerns as they come through. We have a small support team that is working on tickets as they come. Please understand that we have received a large number of tickets over the past 72 hours and more are being submitted hourly. Our team will work through every ticket and assist in getting the issue resolved as soon as possible.
