Black Plan End of Life

We regret to inform you that the grandfathered Black Plan has reached “end of life” today. The plan is no longer available to new or existing users. We are in the process of integrating an upgraded plan for existing users. Our approach is to make the change on our end so that users won’t have to do much on their end. Depending on the app that you are using, you may have to do one of the following:
  • refresh your channels
  • log out and log back in
  • clear your data and log back in
  • reinstall your app
If none of these steps work for you, open a ticket and a support tech will assist you. This upgraded plan will not have all of the same content as the black plan but the most watched content will be available. Open a ticket if something is missing.
