Attention!!!

Last week, the website crashed. 

Anyone who signed up after June 2022, their account could not be recovered during the backup. Those members will have to register again. 

All of the plans were lost and had to be recreated. Even if a member account is in the system, their plan still needs to be added to their account. 

We do know which plan they had. So all members need to access their accounts and assist us in locating their plans.

Once you can access your account, open a ticket with the Subject: Restore My Service. In the body of the ticket, include your plan name, plan username, and plan password. Our team needs this information to locate and restore your plan. Your plan information is in the Subscription Information email you received when you subscribed or signed up for the plan.

Please share this information with anyone you know who may not have access to these messages. We apologize for the inconvenience.
